At Roma's Beach Real Estate agency, such data can only be accessed by selected personnel working in the Computer Systems, Marketing, Administration and Accounting, and Customer Service departments. Under the terms of Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, you have the right at any time to obtain from the Data Processing Manager information with regard to the processing of your data, the methods and purposes involved, and the logic applied to the processing. You also have the right to obtain: 1) confirmation of the existence of the data and communication of such data and their origin; 2) details regarding the identification of the Title Holder of the data and the managers involved, as well as the persons or categories of persons to whom the data might be communicated or who might come to know about such data in their role as managers or appointed representatives; 3) the updating, rectification and integration of data; 4) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed unlawfully; 5) the assurance that the operations described at points 3) and 4) have been brought to the notice of those to whom the data have been communicated and disseminated, except in the case that such a requirement proves impossible or involves the use of methods manifestly disproportionate to the protected rights. You also have the right to object for legitimate reasons to (6) the processing of personal data, even for the purposes of collection; and to the processing of data for the purposes of sending publicity material or carrying out market research.
