Roma's Beach Real Estate is based in the town of Anzio, a well-known destination on the Lazio coast. At only about 40 km from Rome, Anzio is attractive to tourists not just as a beach resort, but also as a centre of historical and cultural interest. The ruins of Nero’s Villa are an important legacy from the time of the ancient Roman Empire. Alongside Villa Adele, you can visit the Archaeological Museum and the Anzio Beachhead Museum. It is also well worth visiting Villa Sarsina, built in the 18th century and recently restored.

Ostia Antica Ostia Antica

Ostia Antica is an important Roman site and very well preserved. The colony originally stood on the mouth of the River Tiber, and was rediscovered during the 19th century.

Nettuno Nettuno

The neighbouring town to Anzio, Nettuno is well-known for its typical mediaeval centre, the presence of the American cemetery and the local enthusiasm for baseball.
