The provision of such data is optional on your part, but a failure to provide them will make it impossible to carry out the duties in relation to the contract to which you are party. The personal data provided by you are collected electronically, and are processed (also by electronic means) either directly and/or through third parties delegated to carry out the following: purposes connected with the execution of services and the management of the purchasing order for a product; statistical purposes; the dispatch of publicity material, including by use of email. In the context of activities related to administration and accounting, fiscal matters, logistics and marketing, it is sometimes necessary to communicate some of the processed data (for example: to banks, accountants, external consultants, public offices, home delivery companies, or businesses which outsource their work). A list of all these individuals and entities is available for view at our main office. Roma's Beach Real Estate undertakes not to communicate or spread any information in relation to you for commercial purposes, and not to sell, share or surrender its databases. At Roma's Beach Real Estate agency, such data can only be accessed by selected personnel working in the Computer Systems, Marketing, Administration and Accounting, and Customer Service departments. Under the terms of Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, you have the right at any time to obtain from the Data Processing Manager information with regard to the processing of your data, the methods and purposes involved, and the logic applied to the processing. You also have the right to obtain: 1) confirmation of the existence of the data and communication of such data and their origin; 2) details regarding the identification of the Title Holder of the data and the managers involved, as well as the persons or categories of persons to whom the data might be communicated or who might come to know about such data in their role as managers or appointed representatives; 3) the updating, rectification and integration of data; 4) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed unlawfully; 5) the assurance that the operations described at points 3) and 4) have been brought to the notice of those to whom the data have been communicated and disseminated, except in the case that such a requirement proves impossible or involves the use of methods manifestly disproportionate to the protected rights. You also have the right to object for legitimate reasons to (6) the processing of personal data, even for the purposes of collection; and to the processing of data for the purposes of sending publicity material or carrying out market research.
